Talking at a conference kept in the Nepal Community Party’s (NCP) central office, PM KP Sharma Oli declared that the nation will not host the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Award celebration until it served any good to Nepal and encouraged its Visit Nepal 2020 promotion.
The event was arranged to welcome NCP’s new people. “The IIFA Awards is going to be permitted to take place in Nepal if the situations are favorable to the national attention,” said PM Oli whilst addressing the beginners.
PM Oli iterated that IIFA will take place only if Nepal is in a role to host the celebration. He declared that the Council of Ministers had previously mentioned in their announcement that the international event could be kept only on the condition that it would entail low investments and high returns.
PM Oli additionally clarified that the reports involving Nepal Government investing billions of rupees on the honor ceremony were false.
“The authorities have not decided something on it yet. False gossips were spread to prevent the IIFA event happening in Nepal.” he clarified.
Oli also greatly came down on the parliamentary committee for ending the government from holding the event.
