The Nepal government and NRNA the Non-Resident Nepali Association admitted to collectively begin a campaign to promote Visit Nepal 2020.
A Memorandum of Understanding to this outcome on Sunday was signed by newly-elected NRNA President Kumar Pant and coordinator of Visit Nepal 2020 Suraj Baidya at Nepal Tourism Board in the capital. Tourism Minister Yogesh Kumar Bhattarai was also present during the MoU signing ceremony.
As per the 17-point MoU, each Nepali national affiliated with the NRNA will send a foreign friend to Nepal. The government and the concerned Nepali nationals living in foreign countries who send their foreign friends to Nepal will manage the record in the days to come.
The agreement says that the government will acknowledge the Nepali nationals living in foreign countries who send their foreign friends to visit Nepal.
