Health professional Pramod Mehata blamed the hospital chief Beena Shakya for reimbursing salary to her close aides and sitting on left.

According to the administrative officer of the hospital Umesh Gautam, the problem arose after the hospital chief Beena Shakya went to Kathmandu without notice, despite the government sending the required fund to the hospital.

Birendra Mehata stated, that the various patients arriving at the hospital from really far distances like Koshi, Bhokraha, Nursing, Gadi, Harinagara, Dewangunj, and other places are turning back home without treatments.
Jamuna Gautam Deputy Mayor of Inarwa Municipality stated that just because of the utter neglect of the hospital chief, the staff is torn of convenient payment for the future Dashain festival.

Though, Chief District Officer Rajesh Paudel stated, he is ignorant of the situation.
