FM Gyawali leaves to Geneva

Pradeep Kumar Gyawali, Minister for Foreign Affairs is departing for Geneva, Switzerland to attend the 43rd Session of the Human Rights Council which will start from Monday, February 24, 2020.

Minister Gyawali will be driving the Nepali committee, including of senior leaders from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ambassador/Permanent Representative from Nepal’s the Permanent Mission of the United Nations in Geneva, to the high-level part of the show. Minister Gyawali will be discussing the conference on February 25.

The foreign minister will engage in a conference with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights and will likewise have mutual conferences with his counterparts from several nations.Minister Gyawali will be back on February 28.
